I really am thankful to have Mark especially who walked me through any questions I had and explained in detail why they did certain aspects. It was so nice to be able to work with such an intelligent, thoughtful and respectful person such as Mark who knew everything about roofs and along the way would answer any question about how I would locate snow guards, the specifics about their function and what expectations I should have including about what the original roofer could have done better and how to fix issues as he found them.
