They did an excellent job and cleaned up Very well. However, I was disappointed that the work was done by sub contractor under Horsch supervision. It was also difficult to communicate with the Spanish speaking crew. There were several instances where it was difficult to make my wishes known . Unfortunately the Horch project manager also had limited Spanish.

We got the "if you don't replace your roof, your coverage is canceled" letter from MMG in early summer and had until November to complete the task. We solicited bids and went with Horch which was not the cheapest, but we had heard good things about them. WHELP, they showed up a little after 8 this morning and 4.75 hrs later, a new roof. The team was here on time, were extremely efficient and left the grounds as they found them. Definite win for us.

Horch's roofing crew were prompt and got right to work. Their preparation of the site was thorough. The teamwork and efficiency was extraordinary. The foreman of the job answered all our questions and addressed any concerns we had. It was hard to believe they completed the entire job in 7 hours. This was our first experience with Horch Roofing and they were fantastic from start to finish helping us put a new roof on our home in Maine. From the initial eval visit with John Monroe, to Tom Rose and the team that helped us schedule the appointment, to the crew that did the work - Everyone was incredibly professional, on time, and left the job site spotless. I live in California and was nervous to not be on site for the work, but the job was done perfectly and without any complications. The before and after photos attached are testament to the great work they did.
