My first contact was a phone call to the office to schedule a gutter cleaning. An outstanding individual gave me advice and scheduled the cleaning. That same person gave me a call a week or so before the scheduled cleaning to tell me there was an opportunity for the team to come that day. The team showed up, worked quickly, efficiently, neatly and politely. Couldn't ask for more. I will only use Horch Roofing in the future.

My elderly mother was in need of a new front roof. Horch Roofing provided a fair cost estimate and replaced the roof on schedule before winter weather. Everyone from the office staff, Tony, (the sales estimator), to the roof crew, were friendly, courteous and efficient.

We acquired four quotes for our roof replacement. I had a couple of "favorites" in mind due to relationships with ownership of those two companies. We decided on Horch because of pricing and their comparative value of the overall quote compared to other installers. The professionalism of the sales team, quote itself, warranty, and overall value of the project relative to price were our deciding factors. If I had to offer an area for improvement, it would be the initial communication after signing the contract. I felt like I had to chase them a little, but it clearly all worked out. Once dialog was established with Project Coordinator Nick Viles, things moved smoothly with good communication regarding the status of our project relative to others and weather delays, which we certainly understand give our climate. Stephen Curtis and the install day team were fantastic. They were very thorough and efficient, especially on the clean-up of the project after the roof was installed. Stephen kept us updated on the status of the install, which the team ended up completing in one day. We appreciated the hard work to make that happen. I would highly recommend Horch Roofing.
