Horch Roofing is excited to announce the expansion of our custom metal fabrication department with the purchase of an Autobrake 1214 metal folding machine. This investment in technology allows the team at Horch to fabricate metal roofing panels and other parts for our customers with increased speed, accuracy, and versatility. Larger, more sophisticated projects such as the Main Street restoration in Belfast are possible with this new technology. The technology allows Horch Roofing crews to be more efficient and install the product the right way the first time.
Peter Horch, owner of Horch Roofing, explains, “Horch Roofing has always been committed to our customers. As our business has developed, our customers’ needs have developed. Horch Roofing purchased state-of-the-art metal fabrication equipment that can better serve our customers. We are so excited to offer custom fabricated sheet metal products and other metal roofing component products. It’s an exciting growth step for our business.”
Horch Roofing has long been an advocate of using metal roofing panels in residential and commercial roofing projects in Maine. Metal roofs are virtually maintenance-free as well as being fire retardant and extremely durable. Metal roofs also have environmental benefits as they reflect heat instead of absorb it and can lower utility costs and use of non-renewable natural resources. Metal roofs are also easily recyclable following removal.
Horch roofing fabricates standing seam metal roof panels in our Warren, Maine, location and is committed to fabricating the most resilient, attractive panels possible. With our team of 30 employees and 17 vehicles, we can take on any residential or commercial roofing repair or replacement project.
Horch Roofing has been in business for over 15 years and our team is dedicated to a high level of customer service and giving back to the community. A strong supporter of area nonprofits and charitable organizations, we have supported numerous groups and causes over the years, including the Special Olympics, Make-a-Wish Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and P.A.W.S. Animal Adoption Center. We have also supported organizations like the Farnsworth Art Museum, Maine Lighthouse Museum, and The Belmont Fire Department. We have a new web page where charitable organizations can easily apply for donations or sponsorships.
Horch Roofing works on all types of roof in Maine, including metal panels, asphalt shingles, and rubber membranes for flat roofs. We also install seamless gutters.
