Good morning Peter,

First, We would like to thank you for a superb job of roofing at our building on Main Street in Thomaston. From your first person on site until the last I never saw any debris on the ground and it was secured with safety measures. On the first day I was met by Shawn Buck who presented me with his business card and assured me that if I had any issues (anytime) I could call him and he would certainly address it.. So nice to have a contact person !!

Upon completion of the project I walked the property and although I have to be honest- (I did find ONE NAIL) on the porch there was no debris anywhere and the entire site was as if you had never been there.. If you didn't look up to the roof one would never have known we had anything done. A testament to your employees commitment to the customer.

I have received the invoice for the remainder due and I have asked Craig Dahlberg of Rockland Savings to make a check payable to you from our account. He is awaiting one more signature and we will see that your check be sent to you then.

I also requested that the rear facia board be repaired at the same time and Shawn told me that he would take care of that too... He did a fine job and at a reasonable price.

Again, we appreciate your professionalism from the initial contact, price quote and ultimate completion. We are happy to recommend you anytime and would be honored to be a testimonial for your fine work.
